In What Position Should a Pregnant Woman Sleep?
Edit By:Parenting Tips
I'm 7 months pregnant. Is there a certain position I should be sleeping in at night?

Lying on your side with your knees bent is probably the most comfortable position to sleep in. Many doctors specifically recommend lying on your left side for improved circulation. Lying on your left will keep the weight of the uterus off your liver and the large vein that carries blood back to the heart from your feet and legs.
If you have difficulty staying on your side, talk to your doctor for suggestions. He or she may suggest that you use a pillow to keep yourself propped up on one side.
