Have you got any Arnica tablets/cream in? 'Tis good for bruising and help you to heal - also some calendula ointment in case you tear.

ha ha I read that wrong the first time - I thought it said mw delivered all the stuff and then the little man arrived straight after - as in the baby!!! gosh I thought perhaps we're missing a trick on getting labour started!!! then I read it again and realised i'm just a pregnant woman!!

I had mine in the same area as Puffy (hello lovely ). The first MW came out when labour was in the very early stages - if we had waited until my contractions were 3 mins apart, she wouldn't have arrived until DS' head did!
