Edit By:Parenting Tips
Q:

I ate a pudding today and now am worrying it might have had raw egg!

trying to not think about it too much!

A:

i found this really useful site from the food standards agency - its worth a look and it gives reasons for avoiding things.

http://www.eatwell.gov.uk/agesandstages/pregnancy/whenyrpregnant/#cat226049

i noticed a thread the other day about pickled c***les / mussells - could go a jar myself but no idea on that one - maybe have to check with the docs!

A:

Hiya no parma ham or raw fish either, all a bit confusing- some sites say you can eat cooked shellfish others say you can't so I'm going to try to avoid them.

Really glad you can eat salad cream though(on another thread)- my cravings for cheese and branston sandwiches have changed to cheese, salad cream and cucumber- yum!

A:

if your not sure about any food items try the cow and gate website - they have a nutritionist on a free phone line that can give u advice. i called the other day and they were lovely. xx

A:

No more than 3 tins of tna a week I read, like anyone eats that many anyway. Well, I don't. I heard raw mushrooms too in my last pgyso didnt eat them but cant find anything on them which I'm gutted about, whenever i cook mushrooms half of them get ate whilst I'm chopping them lol.

A:
